Is anyone benefiting from the global financial crisis?
Ken asked:
I was learning in commerce class about the financial crisis and I know lots of people were affected in a bad way, including my family. But is anyone gaining any profits from all this?

I am. I have a great time thinking of new ways to do things that don’t cost a lot of money. Secretly, I don’t mind not being rich at all. Drop me in the middle of nowhere, and I would have a blast eeking a living out of the dust and toil.

I’m lucky in that I have a very stable job. I benefited because the interest rate on my mortgage has gone down .. and I am looking to buy a new motorbike soon, and prices of bikes have been going down because demand is decreasing …

I have a pretty good paying job so I’m taking advantage of the falling house prices and mortgage rates. I’m also taking advantage of the good deals on cars.
I love how everything is on sale.
I do count my blessings though and I’m trying to save some money because regardless of how stable I think my job is, I’m not invincible.

The bankers that engineered it. The Rothschilds and Rockefellers…people like that, also the politicians that work for them. If you know what’s going to happen with the economy you can make a tremendous amount of money and if you’re already powerful you can become much more powerful, especially if you have a political agenda.
