All of these jobs that can be done via email or over the phone are gone to cheaper countries and what’s left will go real soon. I don’t blame companies. That person does not want to hire someone capable of taking there job. So they hire a young person and train them. If after so many years that young person becomes highly skilled they are laid off or fired.

Settling for less is him being a college grad and getting a bus boy job or a job flipping burgers but, any company can get a dropout/immigrant to do that same job for even less. The cycle is perpetual. Do you get it now?
